It's a normal thing when you start working, get involve with the workers, and at the same time they talking something bad behind you. I have been through that. But just make it simple, let they say what they want to say as long as you know, you are not like what they are talking about. And for those who are like to say something bad behind me, why don't you come in front of me and say it to my face rather than talking behind my back. I never did something wrong to you, instead we just talk like 2 or 3 times. But now you making a story behind my back. Why? You just being jealous with me. Don't you?
